Price Increases

Prices have gone up in Belmont! Many homes are getting multiple offers, selling within a week or two. Inventory of single-family homes was down to 10 last month, today we are up to 20, yesterday there were 24. The bottom price is $768,000; the top asking price is $1,900,000. Over half offered for sale have been on the market 10 days or less; and all but three for less than a month. 

Isn't that amazing! Only three homes of the 10 available last month 3/24/13 are still offered for sale. A total of 33 are pending sale, and 19 have sold. So we had homes come on the market and get snatched up within a few days. With few exceptions, these homes sold for thousands over the asking price. Homes sold in Belmont since 3/24/13 up to today:
